TFSprintStart Version 3.7

TFSprintStart application (Part of TF Series) is applicable to Track and Field. It provides simulation of start commands primarily for sprint races. Audible and Visual indications are provided for each start command. It can be used as a Personal Training aid.

Application is intended help athletes improve command posturing prior to race start, and reaction time and acceleration at race start.

Start commands provided include Ready Signal, On Your Marks, Set, and Gun Fired. Adjustable parameters provided include delay time between Ready Command, On Your Marks Command, and Set Command, and delay time between Set Command and Gun Fired. Set parameter has a random component.

Single Ready, Marks, Set, or Gun Fired commands are also provided.
